    LOCATION

• The compressor is mounted to the front of the engine and belt driven
• The condenser is mounted in front the engines radiator assembly
• The Accumulator is mounted near the firewall
• The receiver/drier is usually mounted on or near the condenser
• The orifice tube is located just outside the accumulator in the line
• The expansion valve is normally found at the firewall
• The evaporator is located in the dash next to the heater core
• Freon is the liquid used inside the Air Conditioning System

Viewing the diagram to your right you will see the High Side in RED and the Low Side in PURPLE.
